Developed from a multi-year, stakeholder-driven process, this guidance manual is intended to support aquaculture farmers and the national and state governments of Palau. The manual is a technical resource to guide the sustainable development of aquaculture, balancing several considerations including water quality, sensitive habitats, economics, social, and traditional knowledge.
