Transforming food systems is a central solution to meeting climate and biodiversity goals. In "Foodscapes: Toward Food System Transition," researchers explore the potential environmental and economic benefits of diversifying aquaculture in central New Zealand – one of the largest shellfish producers in the world –providing evidence and models for the addition of seaweed to mussel farms.
